The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server)

1	Select your name from the list below. If your name doesn't appear, your Membership data is invalid. LESC Membership is required.
2	Select the glider you will be flying from the list below. Select Private Glider or the Associated Club Glider if you aren't flying an LESC glider.
3	Generate and then print a Tow Pass. Any errors listed must be resolved before proceeding. Contact one of the overriders listed if the error can be overriden.
